The Search…
When I got married to my best friend, John, in 2006 I started thinking more and more seriously about finding a way to create an income from home. At the time, I was a full-time medical administrator in a Hematology/Oncology office, which I really enjoyed. There is just something special about helping people on a daily basis. Although sad at times, there was something amazing about the patients I met who just battled through such a devastating disease and did so with grace. Through my employment, I became part of an environment where I was just blessed to be reminded every single day of how lucky I was and how precious life is. Perhaps, that is part of what led me to search so passionately for a way to build a home career. I wanted to find a way to have an income, while still being able to keep family first in my life. I wanted to find a way to build a career level income on MY TERMS, that would allow me to really enjoy life and not miss out on those things that are most precious. As my husband and I started thinking more and more about starting a family and we both agreed that we wanted me to be able to be home with our children, it was time to get serious about my search.
I looked into many opportunities over my years of searching, struggling to find something that I could believe in and see myself doing long term. I knew that other people were building home careers so why couldn’t I? I bumped into a lot of junk throughout my search and there were clearly times when I considered giving up out of pure frustration. I felt like I was never going to find the right opportunity for me.
Flash Forward 3 Years…

I was completely new to the work at home world; in the past it was really only something I dreamed about. Now, I was a part of it! In early conversations with prospects, I remember one of them asking: “Is this MLM?” and I could only reply, “I am not sure.” I did not even know, yet, what MLM was! I was unfamiliar with terms like network marketing and residual income- I was so green. But, I was also so willing to learn! So, I tuned into the amazing training and team support I am so blessed to have access to, I read books, listened to team calls and just put into action everything I was learning. Little by little, I started to build a business through making tons of mistakes along the way, learning new things, stepping out of my comfort zone, and putting my heart into helping others. My work at home journey, and all that I have learned along the way, is something I am so PROUD to share. It has not always been easy, but I have never doubted that is worth it for my family’s future.
